Hi Tammy. Welcome to the forum. I have just seen a private consultant, Dr Arvind Kaul, at the London Bridge Hospital, Tooley St SE1. He was brilliant, its quite expensive, a cionsultation is £200 but I thought it was well worth it. If you are interest I can pm you the number to get in touch, either through the liaison GP service, or his direct number and speak to his secretary. Barbs x

thank you both for replying to my request.
I will be grateful if you can let me have his contact details, I think I would like to get a second opinion , i have been diagnosed with RA back in May 2009, but still strugling.
